2025 Year in Review: Powering Smarter Airline Decisions with Data, Insights, and Innovation

Will Linderman

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on a year of bold innovation, strategic engagement, and meaningful progress in our mission to empower airlines with the best data, insights, and tools to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

A Major Milestone: Launching the PriceEye Dashboard

This year, we launched the PriceEye Dashboard, a transformative step forward in how airlines can monitor, react to, and capitalize on competitive pricing data. Designed to support airlines of all sizes, the dashboard puts actionable intelligence directly in the hands of pricing teams:

With the PriceEye Dashboard, airlines can:

  • Stay ahead of the competition by instantly spotting undercutting, volatility, and shifting market trends — all surfaced through real-time dashboards built for proactive decision-making.
  • Act with confidence using transparent, trustworthy data you can actually trace.  See where your inputs come from, monitor collection success, and catch issues before they impact your processes.
  • Cut through the noise with dashboards that focus attention on the anomalies and changes that actually matter, so pricing teams spend less time sifting and more time strategizing.

If you’re looking to level up your pricing strategy and act faster in competitive markets, checkout our on-demand PriceEye dashboard webinar and request a demo to see it in action.

From Vision to Action: Shopping Data, Iris, and Industry Collaboration

While the PriceEye Dashboard helps airlines act faster and smarter, the real breakthrough lies in how we power it: with shopping data.

Legacy sources of competitive pricing data like scraping are rapidly becoming outdated. Dynamic pricing, personalized offers, and channel-specific variability demand higher-frequency, higher-fidelity data that scraped data cannot be scaled to support. That’s why we’re investing in Iris, our industry shopping data repository.

Iris is not just a data repository —it’s the foundation of our competitive data solutions. It enables airlines to contribute and receive shopping data directly, eliminating costly scraping, improving data quality, and supporting deeper use cases like demand analysis, pricing optimization, and real-time offer benchmarking.

To ensure Iris reflects the priorities of today’s airline data leaders, we spent this year engaging directly with industry innovators across revenue management, commercial strategy, and academic research. These conversations and collaborations revealed three clear themes:

  • Data Collaboration Is the Future
Across forums like the IATA World Data Symposium and AGIFORS, one message rang loud and clear: the true value of data in modern retailing will only be unlocked through collaboration. Leaders emphasized the need for shared infrastructure and mutual benefit, validating our vision for Iris as a shared shopping data repository.
  • AI Needs the Right Inputs
As AI begins to power more Revenue Management and pricing workflows, high-quality, real-time shopping data is becoming a non-negotiable input. At PROS Outperform and other sessions, we saw firsthand how RM teams are preparing for an agent-based future; one that demands more signal, less noise, and data that goes beyond scraping.
  • Iris Opens Doors Beyond Just Revenue Management
Our work with partners like the Air Transportation Lab at Georgia Tech and the broader AGIFORS community has shown that shopping data has the potential to support strategic planning, forecasting, and even operations research use cases. Iris isn’t just a tool for today’s Revenue Management, it’s a foundation for broader airline transformation.

These conversations weren’t just marketing, they shaped the direction of Iris and our product roadmap are emblematic of our commitment to enabling better data sources for the industry. Furthermore, they surfaced a key truth: the industry wants this, but needs help getting there.

That’s where you come in.

Help Us Help You: Get Involved

In 2025, another major global network carrier went live with PriceEye and Iris with many more entering trial periods. Early results show that even limited participation can reduce at least 20% of scraped competitive queries, replacing them with higher-quality data.

As we scale, we’re inviting more airlines to join the 3Victors community.

Here’s how you can start:

  • Begin a trial of PriceEye: Our data experts employ a consultative approach to ensure you receive the right data in the proper format, giving you a glimpse into what competitive insights powered by shopping data look like.
  • Explore your existing data: We’ll work with you to find the optimal method to share data in your existing database at high volume and velocity.
  • Capture new data: Together we can explore how to capture increasing volumes of shopping data in a standard format at its source and share at high velocity while minimizing costs.

Whether you're ready to contribute data now, or just exploring options, we’re here to help.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Next year, we’ll be:

  • Publishing a standardized format to streamline shopping data contributions.
  • Presenting new research based on real-world shopping data experiments.
  • Expanding PriceEye capabilities and Iris participation across new regions and carriers.

Together, we can create a smarter, more transparent ecosystem—one where airlines gain better insights without driving up data acquisition costs.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to a high-performing, insight-driven 2026. Let’s get to work.
